somewhere close to you...
I just noticed I have fish lice in my tank, its not too bad but I don't like it..!! I bought a product called Dimilian but not sure what else I can do to get rid of the problem....

I have 7 RBP's in a 240 gallon tank...

never had fish lice but one of my old wolffish had anchor worms and I used Jungle Lab Parasite Clear and it worked great for me, it can also be used to treat fish lice I believe.
search online for fish lice treatment and you should get most of the information you need.
have you been feeding your rbps feeders and/or wild caught fish without quarantine?

What is your quarantine plan? Goldfish coming from ponds do harbor a lot of parasites including flukes, anchorworms and fish lice. I had mixed infestations of those with my own goldfish and that makes everything doubly frustrating for me.

Dimilin or trichlorfon is the only way to get rid of fish lice. Adult fish lice will need a higher concentration of either meds to kill them but I generally pluck off the adults and dose per regular instructions to focus the concentration on the juvenile ones instead.

On the other hand, I'd advise against using goldfish for your piranhas. There are far healthier options.

Net them out and pluck them off now before they scar your fish, then medicate to get the larva....
