Mine sure do! When it's a slow day or lazy afternoon I watch my fish and nod off...done it late at night too when closing everything down. There's studies that show fish help reduce stress and high blood pressure.

Anyone else find their fishies so relaxing? Only exception is when it's a clown show and they chase and fight, lol.

I used to have a 20 gallon long next to my bed with shellies. Light was on a timer. Best way to fall asleep.

I’ve fallen asleep next to my pond. I have a swing that’s like a futon and lays down. I passed right out listening to the water fall.

If I sit down, I will grow groggy within 5-15 min for sure. If I lay down, I'll be out for sure much faster.

When you watch your fish, the key seems to stand, which is why I am torn whether to install any sitting at our aquarium or not. I guess I can try and then, if it turns into a snoring competition too often, remove?

My tanks are in the dining room and lately I find myself working more and more often in the dining room ? the hum of the air pumps, the bubbling, the graceful fish glide... Like Marie Kondo would say : "This sparks joy"

Whenever I watch my fish I always end up being on alert.
