I got a heck of a deal on it a couple years ago and never used it till now. I got 6 x 1liter bags of it for $15. I couldn't pass it up with a retail price of about $8 a bag.
Anyway...
Does anyone use it or have used Fish Mate: Supra Bio Media? And is it any good?
I am currently running 2 bags of it in my SunSun HW-304B for my 55g (in one tray) and 1 bag of it in my Perfect (SunSun) HW-302 for my 20g Long (in one tray). And still have 3 bags left over. Should I go ahead and add more to the filters or is that enough. I only have the filter sponges in the other trays of the filters. So I have room to add more if I need to.
BTW those are some dang quiet filters. Cannot compare them to others as they are my first canister filters that I have ever used.
