Fish meds? Canada

so today I noticed my well established 90g tank has two fish not pooping normally...the female hrp is having white stringy poops and the ebjd is having long brown but broken poops....

I just fed them some mysis soaked in metro (I’m on my last bottle and then can’t buy it here in Canada anymore)
The ebjd ate but the female hrp hasn’t.

Nothing new introduced into the tank, 80-90% water changes weekly and sometimes twice a week.

Not sure what caused this?

Also anyone know if prazipro is still available in Canada? I haven’t made it to the lfs yet to check?

Side note, if this happens in the future what should I do to treat it if I don’t have the meds?

don't believe any meds are available in Canada. Shame if you ask me. I would recommend Epsom salt soaked food if they are eating, see if it gets better. If they aren't eating, an Epsom solution down the throat with a syringe might be needed.

You can still buy some meds I believe, no good ones though.

I think I’ll make it through this round with the meds I have left.

I was more or less wondering if anyone knew what to do for treatment for if I have it happen again.

Guess I’ll load up on Epson salts before they get banned. People do like to smoke them...maybe they are on the next list of things to get banned haha

Various medications are still available, only antibiotics that are being controlled now. The Petland here still has various antibiotics on the shelf. See link above for more info.

FYI - PraziPro treats tapeworms/flatworms and flukes, which would have had to have been introduced recently, so probably not going to help in this situation.
