Fish Not Eating

I have a Vieja Synspilum that used to be a little piggy up until about a week ago, now he won't eat anything.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrates 20

I also do weekly water changes. Does anyone know what's wrong with my fish?

have you introduced any new fish? perhaps there are internal parasites, any white stringy feces?

what's the temperature? Light cycle? Is there any stray electrical current?

Yeah, I did-a pleco. He's dead though; my cichlids killed him. No white stringy feces though. All normal there.

Temp is 78 degrees. No cycle I checked that already. 0 ammonia and nitrite. As for electrical current...I don't think sooo....there's been no darting or anything.

I don't have any problems except this one fish just all of a sudden stopped eating. I haven't switched foods or anything. Any thoughts?
