Fish "pimples?"

My honduran red point is suddenly covered in all yhese little white pimples, which look too big to be ich. My chocolate cichlid also has 3 of them. Does anyone know what they are and how I can treat them?

Could be lymphocystis spots. Would add some salt to the tank, 1 tsp per g, and keep the water clean.
