fish ponds

I am just finishing nuilding a brick built garden pond. its roughly 7ft by 8ft and about 4 ft deep.

im posting on here just to see if any body can give me some general tips on keeping a pond in good condition eg

plants to introduce, fish feeding, keeping fish in good health, trying to keepwater fairly clean and just general maintenance. any tips are welcome cheers
