Hey guys my fish's poop was just super long and stringy, its usually pretty big brown and will pump I guess. Internal parasite or maybe is constipated? its not how it usually looks it kinda worries me.

It's more than likely a parasitic infection. I've going through the same dilemma with my fishes and I've been treating w/ prazi-pro and jungle parasite clear. So far I've noticed improvements on their poop but I'm still continuing to treat.

can you usually pick that stuff up at petsmart?
The jungle stuff you can...even my local walmart has it. But the prazi-pro you'd probably have to go to a other LFS.

Just to be clear, you haven't changed anything like the fishes' diet or the substrate, have you?

I agree with treating if nothing has been changed in your set up.

If you're not already using a food laced with garlic, you may want to try a garlic extract or a food product with garlic in it. Garlic will make your fishes' gut a hostile environment for parasites. That's one of my main reasons for using NLS products.

did you change anything in their feeding?

ooh, i guess that wouldn't really have a big effect.

i'd probably just keep up with the water changes and cleaning your tank.
maybe throw it some pond melafix, i've known it to cure everything.

if i notice something different with my midas i just immediately throw in some melafix
and it goes away? lol.
