Hey monster people

:frog:

I just started planning a, for me, really expensive tank that could last for years, and i'm really into matching my fish to my tank, or vice versa. And the theme is.. kinda chinese, with dark red lion statues and lots of fancy plans etc etc. Asian.

Anywho. I need a dragon. The tank is in cm - 150 wide, 50 deep, 60 high. 120g

currently I have a nice little Channa Bleheri, a hoplo and a small ansistrus. I like them and would like to keep them but I think I might sell if just wont work.

So basicly
, who are the most dragony fish you could think of for this sized planted tank? It needs to be active!

asian arowana but won't fit

perhaps a bichir, violet goby, or fire eel

violet goby definitely does not fit the active part

They're Brackish/Saltwater anyway....He'd have to give up his Snakehead....Not cool

I would say bichir. Senegals are pretty active.

The gobies are supposed to be more active at night, but i did forget they are brackish.

The asian aros can get over 2 feet long. I think its kinda a close squeeze in a 120.

Wow, dragon gobies look scary and kinda like I dont want to touch one..

Ya Ive been thinking about aros. But up here we only get silver aros and they look so dull. Possible a albino senegal? will it be good for a show-fish or is it too plain and small? Ive never seen one bigger than 15cm irl.

Im also considering a channa stewartii or auranti, but Ive no idea about how active they are.. I had a thai gachua but It wouldnt get of its stomach
