Fish Recomendation

What kind of fish would be a good, colorful fish that is easy to keep, and will breed regularly. I dont care if its a schooling fish or what, I just want it to be easy and lay eggs, I was thinking convicts, but I dont think I could put them in a 10.... what do you think?

platies or some other livebearer fit the bill of colorful and breed easily

Not into livebearers, any idea for egg layers, scatterers or egg andything?

I'm not sure if Danios will breed in a 10g, but they can live in a 10g.

1M/3F Platys, 1M/3F Mollies, or same ratio swordtails, or same ratio different color fancy guppies.

sorry about that, in that case, there are less options, since you're stuck trying something like white cloud minnows or danios, which aren't as prolific, esp. in a 10

Unfortunately, I cannot get my guppies to breed, let alone live, I believe it was ich and the stress of moving but still, I have vowed not to get them again, because they die and I dont really ike them anyway..... I REALLY want to get a breeding pair of convict chichlids, but not sure if it will fit.

multies are probably the only cichlids I would even try to breed in a 10 gallon
