I'm looking for a little advice, homemade or some trick, to get a unwanted fish out without removing rock/decorations..

Any suggestions would be great appreciated:D

what i try sometimes is putting a little food in the bottom of the net during feeding time and see who come to check it out. as they eat move slowly towards the glass and pinn them in haha. but thats just me, hope it helps

You could try a fish trap, but it wouldn't guarantee that you would get the right fish.

i just went and moved all the rocks, i didnt have the patience to wait.

Another question, i have a mature male auratus, and i just added a mature female auratus, she was in the tank 5 minutes and he tried to breed with her and she wanted nothing to do with him right away, now he is chasing her around the tank nipping at her anal fin... any idea what hes trying to do or if he is going to damage her?

Make a trap with a bottle.
Look on youtube..

It works like a charm.

I've used the bottle trick with a lot of success. Of course you may not always get the fish you want. Lately when I have to do tank maintenance I put the net in and wave it around a little so they don't bite me. Now they've gotten so use to the net that they are really easy to catch.

I use the feeding time method. I use sinking pellets but the fish usually meet me at the top and eat them before they've had a chance to sink. So i put in a bit of food, eyeball the one i want, and net it out real quick. Doesn't work with holding females though as they're usually not too interested in the food.

If this goes on it sounds like he might eventually kill her for being unwilling

leave the net in the tank for a day or 2 so the fish don't become alarmed with its presence. wait til feeding time and then net the target fish
