So the 7' show tank is done in my other build thread and now time to do something about my fish room I was beginning to dread!

As of now everything is "manual" and my water changes now take a hour and a half and my racks were too over built and I have so many tanks there were 3-5 species per tank and I'm trying to be a organized breeder.... it's not working lol

Any way old fishroom now:
Countless air pumps and hobs and heaters
1 210 gallon
3 75's
1 55
4 40's
8 20 talls
little under 800 gallons

New plans:
air loop with large pump
heating whole room now been much better
totally automated waterchanging system
1 210 gallon
2 125 gallon
4 75 gallon
2 55 gallon
2 48 gallon
16 40 breeders
10 20 longs
1800 gallons

All racks will be wood and modular, no wood glue needed I could tear it all down in a hour and reassemble anytime how I want it

I got a 115 lpm for the room that will have air left over for my setup

I used 3/4" pvc and bought 300 ft of rubber drip line I prefer it over aquarium specific airline

kinda look like my garage, love to see all in place up and running.

I drove 12 hours round trip to buy out a closed fish store out of stuff in indiana, very crappy day but successful, suburban and huge trailer packed full20151116_143640.jpg

Put the air loop up 115lpm pump all 3/4" pvc loop is 20'x10 and bisected in middle, it claims to run 60 tanks I think so I'm good20151213_141619.jpg

I got one wall done it turned out great this side is 4 75 gallons 1 5' 125 gallon and 6 20 longs20151212_172741.jpg 20151212_172718.jpg

Everything seems to be coming along.
