I was just sitting here watching my lyonsi and he flashed (I think that's what it's called) against the sand and a rock a couple times. Ever since I had an outbreak of ich a few years back these things worry me. I haven't seen him do it again though. Should I be worried and raise the temp just as a precaution?

As long as you see no visual signs of parasites/infection and your water is clean I wouldnt worry about it. They do this to simulatr their slime coats.

Ill keep an eye out. No signs at all that I can see. Nitrites and ammonia are 0 and nitrate is always 10 or under. 50% WC every 3 days. Thanks for the help. I'm just paranoid after losing an entire tank to ich before.
