Hi i have a large blue acara approx 5-6" and it seems to have seizures is this normal or is something wrong? what i mean by seizures he stops in place and his head and tail shake rapidly back and forth! i need help please?

No there are no meds or chemicals in the fish tank and he does no rub against gravel or ornaments, he does occasionally go up and down the glass rapidly with his head but he's been doing that for the 3 months i've had him.
