My Boss: "What is Ick?"

Me: "It's a parsite that coats the body with white specks. It's very contagious."

Boss: "Sounds serious. How long do you need?"

Me: "Tough to say. I need a temperature of 84 Deg. F and I also have to add salt to my water."

Boss: "Take as long as you need."

Me: "Thanks boss."

Definitely don't use swim bladder disorder. Your boss may even be smart enough to know that people don't have a swim bladder.
