fish sick please help

jewel is sick its eyes are white and glossed over. looks like cataracts. it was also sitting on the bottom like a bottom dweller. just treated for ick (on clown loaches). water has always been good. lost one other jewel to what we believe to be camallanus

Cloudy eyes usually indicates septicemia. If it were me, I'd put the fish in a hospital tank and start with an antibiotic for gram negative bacteria. I usually add another for gram positive bacteria as well but most bacterial infections in fish are gram neg.

do more waterchanges and check for some medicine for cloudy eye looks like the fish is in bad condition already
