From what I have read about Jardini arowana, no, there highly aggressive and are normally kept solo unless you have a huge tank.
Yeah, dithers aren't going to help a Jardini, they are some evil MF'ers. You are having aggression problems? how large is the aquarium?
Silver dollars will absolutely help. They probably won't eliminate aggression completely (especially with a jardini), but it will give the aro a hardy, fast moving target to chase instead of your other fish.
