Was thinking about heading down to the Los Angeles China Town this weekend as was wondering if there are any good fish stores there, ive been there a couple times but never really looked for fish stores... Thanks

There are 2 stores that I know of...Liberty Aquarium and the other one is a hole in the wall (I didn't see a name). Liberty is on the corner of Broadway and Alpine, I believe and the other one I can't remember the name of the street. Hopefully someone else can help with that.

Last time I went, they had some nice FH, some pretty big Pbass, some American Bullfrogs, and it's the only place that I've seen that carrys Giant Red-Tail Gouramis on a regular basis.
We were there for the lunar new year festival on Friday. I didn't get to look at the fish stores, but there's a restaurant on the second story of one of the two story plazas on Hill Street called Sun Wu. They have a huge Asian arowana that's grey and black. The caudal fin is all gnarly and gross and withered. Go look at that thing, it's hideous. Must be ancient.
