Fish stuck to the floor

My male con about 5" won't move off the bottom of the tank stomach down. Like he's eaten a rock was fine a week ago. Looks like the opposite of swim bladder any help?

Does he look normal or does he have a big belly?

Can you post a clear pic of him?

Any other tank mates with him that are experiencing problems?

Try an Epsom salt bath you could add meth blue if you have it.

I doubt he's getting to the end of his time at only 5 Inches
