Don't want to kill your thread. lol
But look around and at least try to get a general idea for what you like. Taking others opinions are fine but a fish tank should represent what you like, and you won't enjoy it as much if you go only on other peoples opinions.

ya i already have a plan but it is a little shy on fish. i was looking for ideas on what to use as the rest

With a tank that size, possibilities are endless.
I'd do a mixed Tang tank with all different kinds, like frontosas, shellies, tropheus ,compressiceps, etc.
Or a Big Ca cichlid tank with a pair of Festae as the centerpiece.

because i live in arizona and cant keep the water cold enough for coldwater and there arent any places that sell natives around here.
what kind of fish are you interested in?

every state i have been in you cannot buy natives. it is a neat idea though. i've had native tanks before. the nice thing is since you live in az you can go fishing comfortably all year long. instead of plecos you can get catfish and your aggressive fish can be pike/trout/bass. and that is by simply looking at az game fish. GL
