Fish suggestions 150gal

I don't know what to keep in a 150 gal tank. I like arowanas and alligator gars but I knwo they can not be housed in any aquarium because they would be i humane and cruel. I'd rather stay away from cichlids. I was think about freshwater rays or some other oddball fish. I would like some kind of predator fish. I have bichir in another tank for temporary housing. I like plecos, catfish, unique fish.

I could confidently say that arowanas and rays will get too large for your 150, at least in the long term.

A scaped bichir tank would be pretty gnarly in my opinion. Maybe a couple Bichirs, a school of 20 or so Congo Tetras, and some African Butterfly Fish. Should cover your zones and provide you with some oddballs. Could probably slip a Synodontis or something in there if you love your catfish
