fish swimming upside down. need help.

Hi everyone.3 days ago my 7" flower horn / parrot suddenly swim upside down. It still swimming up side down now. Do you know how to cure him? any suggestion will be greatly consider. I had him for 4 years, just don't want to see him go like this. Thank you all

I also think it sounds like he's bloated.A way to help that is to feed them broccoli,it helps them release the gases in them.Take the small buds of the broccoli and sprinkle them in the tank,hopefully he'll eat it,its worth a try...

I HAVE ALSO TOOK A PIN POKED A HOLE AND TREATED WITH GARLIC EXTRACT

sounds like something is effecting his/her swim bladder. camp is right tho they usually won't recover.
