Fish swimming weird, not eating and eyes look funny??

My two festae are swimming funny, they look like they're breathing faster, they're not eating and their eyes look kinda of cloudy? I did a 60% water change when i noticed this and i have the heater temperature up to about 80 degrees. is there anything else i can do to keep them from dying?

How long has this tank been set up? Can you test ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH levels?

yea on my test strip it says all levels are in the safe/ideal areas.. my water is a little hard..

Sounds like a bacterial issue if the eyes are clouding. Post pics. And you should get a liquid test get like the API master test, much more accurate than test strips.

here is the male. i cant get any shots of the female. they both have been hiding behind whatever they can find.. i moved them to a different tank once i noticed this about t2 days ago

Sounds to me like bad water quality.

Put salt in the water, one spoon for every 5 gallons.
Unless you have a catfish.
