Fish Tank Safe; Silicone/adhesive

Hey, Im trying to make a cave for my fire eel. I want to combine a couple plastic cave logs i have.
What is fish tank safe to use as a glue/adhesive. Can Silicone be used?

Silicone doesn't provide good adherence to non-glass items. You'd be better off using a 2 part epoxy. The epoxy is inert once cured and will bond more strongly than silicone.
