So I'm planing on ordering another tank
2.5 x 0.70 x 0.70
The tank will sit on the floor and will b used as a tv stand in the living room
My question is, what's better ?
2 sumps on each side of the tank
A back sump
Or just use 2 fluval and save the room?

:nilly:

it looks cool, but with the tank on the floor, wouldn't the shock wave from walking/running will startle the fish and cause stress???

I had a 4ft grow tank on a very small plinth near to the floor my fish got used to it after s while they were fine , id say x2 fxs one either side better access and a lot better for hiding , gona look cool though good luck whatever ya choose

If I was you id raise it slightly higher than the one in pic , mine was a good 6" off the floor

That's a pretty cool setup:thumbsup:

so better have 2 strong filters then a sumps on the sides... its gonna give me 50 cm more.... instead of 2 meters
ill get back the 25 cm of each sumps back
what about doing a back sump? or that filters are the best option
