Fish to turn sand over

Hey all.
I currently have a 240l 120cm x 55 x 50. I have 6 western rainbow fish, 12 odessa barbs, a rescued bolivian ram and 2 Pelmatochromis nigrofasciatus.

I was wondering if theres any room for some bottom dwellers to hopefully turn the sand and just generally make the tank look more even out stock wise.

If so what could I look at? Preferably something that doesnt jump!

Many catfish turn sand over, my synodontis eupterus would sift loads of sand through his gills. Another option is a small group of geophagus, also known as sand sifters. A group of 4 would be okay for a while if you get a smaller species like red heads

There are a few types of snails that can do this for you. They burrow thru the substrate eating the debris locked in there.

Hoplo cats do a great job with pool filter sand substrate.
