does anyone here have a fish that does any tricks? I know fish can be trained to eat from your hand or let you pet them but is there anything exraordinary your fish can do?

I don't know if I'd call it extraordinary but I have a 9" jumping Flowerhorn

I have a barred Midas that seems to chase his tail, just like a dog..

My oscar used to jump for shrimp. It would completely clear the water, about 10" above my tank...which made water go everywhere, but it was a dormitory and my friends liked to watch it so I didn't care.

I also had a goldfish that would slap its side against its plastic tank, making a "gong" sound whenever it was hungry...which was about once per day. It would continue until I fed it and it stopped after.

A grouper in the marine lab I worked at would splash tour groups...but nobody taught it to do that...

I've seen oscars playing soccer.

If I blow the surface of the water in my tank my Arowana jumps at it and my Columbian Cat Sharks swim up to the surface flip over and go down to the bottom flip over go back up to the surface and so on which looks like there doing backflips... I did have a video but lost my phone :(

When we had a Jardini at my store, we would put in a cricket, he came from the bottom, grabbed the cricket and came out of the water. He exagerrated his kills lol And then we had an Oscar that would jump for food as well

I have a Sb that jumps out of the water too. He also does back flips when he gets excited, usally at feedng time. My mom has an older flowerhorn that does front flips all the time. She is a trip to watch.
