The Youtube fish vet, Dr Richmond Loh, used to only answer general questions in youtube comments, but not the ones related to specific cases because he could not diagnose a fish without examining it first. However, recently he started answering questions about specific cases too, on Facebook. So if your fish have some complicated illness that other aquarists can't help you with, you could send him some questions on Facebook and hopefully he might help guide you in your treatment.

Here's his Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Aquarium-Fish-Health-with-Fish-Veterinarian-Doctor-Loh-102365694544453/

Nice! Thanks for sharing!

Seems like a decent fellow, I have referenced his vids a number of times over the years, but when I dared to question his diagnosis in the following vid earlier today all comments were removed, and no future comments are now allowed. lol

He made a simple mistake, and used some very weak logic to form his professional opinion. That being that Metronidazole and/or Levamisole are the be all to end all when dealing with intestinal parasites. That's clearly not the case. I suggested that they consider Cryptobia iubilans as the issue, and try a different med to resolve the "skinny disease" that a number of fish were showing symptoms of. There are a couple of antibiotic meds that have had some success over the years treating this disorder. I guess that didn't go over well, a mere mortal questioning a doctor.

It's too bad that we live in such a snowflake world where people are too sensitive to accept a polite reality check once in a while. My comment started; "with all due respect", which I was being sincere about. Oh well, more fish will die in that tank due to his sensitivity.

Well it appears that the comment section is opened up again, and Dr. Loh has posted a response. I think that was a much better way to handle the situation, even though I am not personally buying the response posted. I'm actually quite shocked that the first thing that he didn't do, was take a smear, or sacrifice one of the affected fish, to give a proper diagnosis. Très bizarre.
