Yes - those are awesome. They are Ghost Koi - Only the top quality ones have the faces. You can only see them from above, too. From the side, it looks like a black and white mask.
They are commonly sold in fish stores - the $3.99 to $7.99 ones, but they won't be high quality like these in the video.
I would guess $1-3,000. for those in the video, although "Ghost Koi" are not in fact considered one of the "koi strains" such as Ogon, Kohaku, Bekko, etc... Ghost Koi are actually mostly culls, which is why they are...... sent over here, so to speak.

Ghost Koi are more often seen coming from Vietnam, Thailand, etc, as opposed to Japan, as well.
