Fish wart/small growth

What is this? It has grown 2-3 times in size in about 7-8 days

I'm tempted to reach in and give it a little scratch with my nail to remove it and see what happens. I just want to hear some advice from others

I dnt knw it this is the same thing....this whitish thing came on my fh hump now its gone but hv left a whitish pit behind

OP It could be a fluid filled cyst caused by a localized infection. if that is what this is it should resolve on it's own. It would be sinmilar to a pimple or boil. It is diffacult to say for sure. Just keep and eye on it and repost if it changes or appears to be somthing more.
