FISH ZITS??

so my indo dat has developed these bumps on his face. they were just swollen for a few days and now i get home and theres a couple more little ones and one big one with a white cap. almost like a white head.

the only thing i can think of is the wild caught minnows ive been feeding. i also house a small mouth and large mouth bass..they dont have any issues.
im treating with pimafix cuirrently...what else should i do, anyone know what this is and if so should i be worried?

I have the same probelm except with my largemouth bass. It looks like my bass has HITH or hole in the head and I can not figure out how to get rid of it. I treated the water with Melafix and nothing happened

without seeing pics... my guess is parasites.

Pimafix is useless here. It will work only as a preventive treatment against secondary infections but not as a corrective treatment. Do you have photos of the affected areas?
