Man you dont know how lucky you are.

Ive got family and a boat in Pensacola, but I live like 800 miles away and Id give up just about everything to move down there so I could be on the water every day...

BTW, did you catch those snapper and redfish in FW along with the cichlid?

looks good in pics.lol
hot, tons of bugs, humid  but ya still nice :D never seen snow and dont think im missing anything.i hate the cold "and cold to me is under 70 :D it does get down to 35 here, twice a year"
and i caught the tilap in fresh, others in salt.
found a spot that one side is fresh, other side is salt :headbang2
will be back there and will post more if i catch anymore.

Agreed.

ever try to acclimate those salts to fresh? or have them in a salt tank?.. man a redfish or snapper in a tank would be crazy amazing.. oh man thats my dream, to have a tank able to house redfish, trout, and those snapper.

It looks like you were squeezing those fish a bit hard.

I would love to fish for Redfish. One of my favorite species. Anyone keep them?

He is sqeezing the snapper cause they are mean SOBs, besides its ok cause they are practically like the bream of the sea!

I grew up in South Alabama and I dont mind heat and humidity or bugs on bit and I agree with you on the snow. Im already getting depressed thining that it is just a couple months away!

I caught one about the same size a couple days ago and held it the same way, they have sharp everything. It almost got my finger when i was removing the hook without pliers too.
