What are these items called, and what do I use them for?

The red plastic stick on the right is for removing hooks from deep inside the mouth or throat of a fish. No notion on the other two.

the red clipper thingie in the middle is for removing excess paint from holes in jigheads or the like, if im not mistaken.

The black thing looks like it might be for cutting line; possibly for tough, braided line.

Some jigheads have extra paint where the line goes through it "the eye". You need something like that to puncture it and make room for the line

ah yes... i get it. I was thinking busting out the eyes of fish that are filleted.
