I bought 3 fishes from Fish Room Plus, and when the fishes came two were already dead in bag. so i went to grab my camera to take pictures and the third one died while i was snapping some pictures. now the seller won't refund me anything because he said i asked him to hold on to them for me. even though i asked him to hold on 6 for me, he still ended up selling 3. now he is avoiding my emails and not focusing on the dead fish. he keeps saying i held the fish for you and now you want a refund? honestly how are you going to tell someone you're going to hold on to the fishes but sell half anyway. and not taking responsibility when they arrived dead. It's also clearly stated in his Terms of Sale: that all fishes will arrive ALIVE!
