So last weekend I placed an order with Ken for a male Midas and a guttulatus. The package was shipped from Atlanta to Chattanooga (about 2.5 hours drive) on Friday for overnight delivery for Saturday morning. Long story short it never arrived. The US postal service is without a doubt one of the worst run orginizations on the face of the planet. We tried most of the day Saturday to find the package and virtually no one with USPS had any clue what was going on. Finally on Sunday the tracking showed the packaged arrived on Saturday at 5 PM in Chattanooga!!!! We again tried calling every published number for USPS to try to get the package. Even went to the sorting center and ran every door bell and called every extension and no one came even though we could see poeple working through the windows. They finally delivered the package of dead fish on Tuesday.

Ken was determined to make it right however and today I was hand delivered a very, very, very nice male breidohri that is about 7-8" long and a Herichthys cf labridens Blue "Taniul". I think this is better than what I ordered at first. Awsome Ken, thanks!!!

PS Gotta give a big thanks to JD for meeting me on his way home from the auction to drop off the fish. Thanks!

Wow, they look nicer in your tank then in the bag. I was trying to figure out what that parathraps was. I thought it might be a Breidhori but I wasn't sure. I've never seen a guttulatus in person. Definately a big healthy fish. It wasn't any trouble at all to drop them off, glad to help!!
 
Ken is the man! honestly In costumer satisfaction I rate KEN > JEFFrapps. I asked Jeff a simple favor of writing my name on the bags because of a group order I was in and he didnt bother to reply/write back to me but for sure I know Ken would. Nice fish btw! :)
 
Thanks Ken. I was involved in a situation where an honest mistake was made on a fish purchase. Not only did Ken replace the value of the fish originally purchased with replacements, he threw in extra fish at no additional charge...something that he didn't have to do. It's the little things that count, and if you're looking for quality as well as great customer service then I highly recommend Ken.
