The Tarpon ones are at Barra del Colorado, A Place in the north atlantic region of Costa Rica, My dad was the one who did the fishing trip...:(

The Sailfish ones are from the pacific coast, About 60 miles away from Herradura, Puntarenas. Where Los Sueños Marina is... I went to this one! And the fish photos are from the ones I fish!:headbang2

No, we fish under a Catch & Release style, once we "tip" the sailfish it is recognised as caught! then we release them, we use circle hooks so the fish doesn't get hurt!

you guys are lucky.......

Fishing in central and south america is very nice! There are a lot of fishing spots where you can find a lot of different fishes, and the coasts are full of fish! Anyways we are having a lot of problems because people are fishing a lot and the populations are getting smaller!
