Went up north this weekend to Baldwin, and fished the flies only water. I hooked many fish over ten pounds and even a few in the mid-teens. Most of the fish were winter holdovers. We also caught quite a few res browns and bows. A few of those were in the 20 inch range which is very nice for native fish. Also smolts were everywhere, means the river is in good shape in terms of natural repo.
