A video I made of me fishing in freshwater in NJ + PA. I highly recommend you watch it in high quality as youtube makes it EXTREMELY fuzzy and hard to watch. Places I fished:
Grover Cleveland Park Pond (4.5lb albino channel, 8in channel, sunfish, and 4lb channel)
Verona Park Pond (1/2lb channel cat)
Passaic River (14or15" Northern Pike)
Delaware River (all shad and 5lb channel cat)
South Branch Raritan River (Trout)
ENJOY!!

Around here you need to wait untill they stock them or else your lucky to catch one a day! Last week I caught my first trout on a fly on tuesday (day off from school for jewish holiday) it was only about 8inches but still my first on a fly. I also caught my first smallies on a fly that were the same size as the trout:headbang2

love shad fishing it is fun when you get a big one.

Yea the biggest shad I caught was 5lbs and the biggest catfish I caught in the delaware was 5lbs (the one in the begining gets landed in a muskie landing net so it looks a bit smaller)

heres a 4lb shad that i used as bait to catch a 10 ft sturgeon tis last summer:headbang2
