You more or less created a world for your fish

You decide what exsts and what does not

The fish see you as some sort of all powerful being that provides their needs

You can control the health of the environment

you can control pretty much ANY aspect of their world. Want it cold? so be it. Want it hot? So be it. Want to get rid of that old algae covered diver ornament? Gone.

You make food rain down for your worshippers

You can create "divine intervention" for anything happening in the tank. Imagine, you getting beaten up by someone else, when suddenly the clouds open up, and a great hand decends from the heavens and smites the opressor!

Now, this should be posted in "Daily Joke" thread. :D

Hahaha that funny and true lol. I never saw fish keep like that till now lol.

But at times the god becomes enslaved to the needs of his people... and the divine wallet is sacrificed for the greater good...

i told my friend this a long time ago. he just gave me a wierd look

Yeah, I think like two years ago someone made a thread in General Aquaria discussion here asking why everyone keeps fish, and my answer was, "Because I like playing God."
