Fishless cycle question

If my tank crashed because I killed my cycle and it turned the water really cloudy and I have also removed the fish and placed them in another tank...would this be considered a fishless cycle if I just leave it alone and let it run...

Yeah but without an ammonia supply it may not cycle properly. Id keep an eye on ammonia nitrites and nitrates and make sure your parameters are hitting the full cycle, and once ammonia drops to zero you might need to add more, even a few times to properly produce a big enough BB colony
