fishless cycling help

ok so its been over 2 weeks since i started cycling the tank... the ammonia is still at 3ppm nitrite is about 5 ppm and nitrate is 10 ppm. any suggestions?

I suggest you carefully read these threads on fishless cycling.

Fishless cycling can take over a month. Colonizing the beneficial bacteria that consume the nitrite is the part that usually takes the longest. Patience, patience, patience. It will all be worth it when your tank is completely cycled and you can add your fish with the knowledge that you have biological filtration that can handle their bioload and you did it without harming any fish.
 
The temperature seems a bit high for doing a fishless cycle. Definitely recommend the link that Pacu mom posted.
