I grabbed up this fish cause I wanted something that was very peaceful and wouldn't pick on my other fish.
It was labled as a F1 flametail but I think they are more commonly known as flagtails, or maybe there are two different kinds and was wondering the correct species name?

He was $14.99.
Either way here's some pics, enjoy!!

not bad price..

They are call flag tail prochilodus, or fei feng

Two species are Yellow tail Prochilodus and Red Tail Prochilodus. You can't tell at young age which one you have until around 4-5"

Cool thanks. I forgot all about fei feng. But I have only seen adult pictures of them and was thinking the tail was different. Was expecting really red I guess.
I wish I would of grabbed 3 but I was undecided on getting one till there was only 1 left.

Thanks for the comments everyone!
