flagtail ich?

recently i was checking up on my fish and noticed on my flagtail these white spots on his top fin, they don’t look like inch and seems like pattern marks but i wanna be sure, checking online it seems many flags have the same white spots that turn into a pattern but anyone lmk

It’s hard to tell because of the debris floating, but I don’t think I see any ich. Nice shimmer BTW…AI or Kessils?

Nice! I went with kessils. Fairly expensive but not as much as AI’s
