flagtail question

guys what are max size for flag tails? and how fast do they grow.

mine grows very slow cuz it only eats pellets...never could adapt him to other ****. Otherwise, they would probably grow a little faster with different food
mines grown 6 cm over 4 years in a 220 gal. tank with other medium to large fish
