Pics below. It's not cloudy eye or anything I am sure of it, however it's very hard to see it from the pic. Look above the eye, at the sort of "eyelid" area. It seems very large and almost peeling off. His left eye isn't like this, only the right you can see. Seems slightly bigger than when I noticed it a few weeks ago. I'm wondering if it's just inflammed and hoping it's not a tumour...Anyone seen this before? It definately doesn't look normal and I've not seen it on any other flagtail.

(You will need to open full size and zoom to see. It's very obvious seeing him head on but he's too fast to catch at this angle and get it in focus!) Apologies for the rubbish pics was just trying to get them taken.

I hope you can help...worried about him.:(

I had a severum that had this problem before only it was in both eyes.

its like the tissue around the eyeball is inflammed and filled with fluid.

thats what appears to be occuring in your flagtail.

not really sure what advice to give as this is the sort of thing where the fish's immune system has to take care of this itself.

all you can do is keep giving him TLC and it should go down on its own.

Thanks, I thought as much. Do you think it's anything serious like a tumour or anything? Doesn't look too bad but hopefully it will go away on its own.

Did it fix itself in your sev?

Come on guys...I noticed it's a little swollen when i seen him front on, only on the one eye. I'm convinced he's just hit into something, probably the corner of tank as nothing is sharp in there. I think it's always been swollen since I noticed 2 week ago. HELP!
