Flagtail with dats?

Can I keep a flagtail with my dats?
1x 3" IT
1x 4'' IT
1x 4" NTT

The Flagtail will be 4''-4.5''
 
I'd keep an eye on it. Fei fengs can be aggressive and suck the slime off your dats. Sometimes its vice versa where the dats chase the fei feng. Shouldnt be a prob if they have lots of space and food
 
It's a 36x13x22" grow out tank for now.
I do have a tank to put the FF into if anything arises though.
 
I've hear a lot of people say bad things about flagtails but I kept mine with my rays and dats and all my other fish and I never had any problems. I would say go for it.
 
I think I'll try it.
Like I said, I can put the ff in another tank if anything happens.
I'll keep a close watch and post pics if I get it.

GO for it. Just keep an eye, as you would with any new fish.

I keep a 6 inch Flagtail with 11 other dats in same tank, about 7 months now. Never had any problems.

Beware when big though, Flagtail is very powerful. I once bought an 11 inch flagtail. Bought it home. Just before netting him, he smashed the poly box, and spilt the side of the box.:eek: Was very @#+~$n surprised to say the least!!

Luckily the box lined with bag inside, and card board on outside. So got him in the tank.
