Flake food for RBPs?

My RBPs are accepting flake food but seem to be picky about which type of flake of the normal tropical fish flake mix they will eat. IE they eat some of the flakes and leave the others to decay. I have quit feeding flakes for now but was wondering if someone could recomend a brand (maybe 100% meat based) that they might consume completely. They are only about 2-3 inches long at present. Thanks.

Crisps? What's that? Is there only one type of Omega One cichlid flake? Frozen or freeze dried blood worms?

crisps are like wafers, i feed them freezdried but the usually will only eat live food

I feed mine cheap 99 cent bags of frozen shrimp found at any grocery store. They grow like weeds with this staple.

Yeah, try introducing some raw srhrimp or white fish fillets (tilapia, catfish, etc...)
