Have you ever had someone flake on a fish sale even after they said it was a for sure! What should a guy do with a flaker? Let the world know or let Karma do the work? And I am not talking $5 fish but something in the hundreds.

Should they still receive negative feedback?

As long as you still have the fish and there was nothing lost on your end except a little time, then I would let Karma handle it and just no longer do business with said person.

live & learn, it's not for sure until someone forks over a deposit.
unless you know someone is a person who keeps. their. word.

What this wise woman said. And BTW the plural of ''flake'' is ''flakes'', not ''flakers''. Sorry, had to get that off my shoulders.

The sad thing is I knew the guy and he offered a deposit and I said that would be okay as we did business in the past. I guess I learned the lesson.

People wonder why I can't be bothered delivering fish and shipping fish. Prime reason above. People always low balling!!! Then they get mad because I don't want to ship or drive 2 hrs one way out of my way to deliver fish that I am losing money on. If I want a fish I have driven 3 hrs one way to pick them up. So why can't other people do the same? What's with people expecting you to deliver or ship a fish that is half the price of what they would normally pay for from a vendor. Well I have one word for that...Suck it!

Done my RANT!

I hear ya. I had a guy flake out on me for $1000 worth of fish. He asked me to hold them for him and i said ok. Then 1 week turned into 2 then 4 weeks. He kept making excuses every time. Then after a month he said he didn't want them anymore and I had overpriced them by way too much. I told him it was a fair price because he wouldve bought them for that price if he hadn't flaked every week. I'll admit I lost my cool and cussed him out. Guys like that deserve it and a kick in the nuts.
