FLAME ANGEL died ! :(

i got a flame angel a couple of days ago and i put it in a qt and for some reason it died...she was so cool too and my sister is the one who bought it for..it was like $45 bucks..i dont know what happened..but heres a picture

how did you acclimate it?

i did 30 minute temperature acclimation and did 1 hour and 30 minutes of drip acclimation and she had a few white spots on the other side of her..maybe it was ick or major stress

how long you acclimate it? what was your salinity and Ph?

my salinity is 1.023 and i dont know my ph yet..still have to test it
