I Thank you in advance for your help.

I am having some issues with fish flashing in my 240 dt.

I am observing flashing on mostly geos and a few assorted tetras and other cichlids. I immediately began a heat/salt treatment which did not work. I then moved to cupper mine for 21 days which proved unsuccessful. I let the tank stabilize again for 2 weeks and still see flashing in sone fish. As a protective measure I began a Paraguard run.

I hate to run meds but I like to get ahead of any problem. I am totally baffled my water is perfect my change schedule is flawless and backed by tests. I never see nitrate over 10 and I need some insight into possible cause and solution

Do you have chlorine/chloramine? How do you remove it?

Planted or unplanted tank?

Did you add any new fish, plants, ornaments, etc., recently?

It's either a parasite or chemical/physical irritation.

If it were ick, of velvet causing the flashing, (I assume 240 dt) means a 240 gallon display tank, to actually eliminate those diseases you would have needed to use at least 7 lbs of salt, if you didn't use that amount, those parasites could easily go on infecting, and .....you would have needed to keep the salinity at 3 ppt for at least two weeks to get all phages, in that tank.
